Returns and Refund Policy
At Estilo Raíz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
Conditions for making a return
To accept a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Retain its original packaging whenever possible.
- Not show damage caused by misuse.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To expedite the process, we may request photographs of the product and the received packaging.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The timeframes for the refund may vary depending on the banking institution or payment provider.
Non-refundable items
Returns will not be accepted for:

- Clearly used products.
- Items damaged by incorrect use by the customer.
